To know status of transfer your EPF Account, you need to send an application as below:
Designation of Addresee: Regional Commissioner Address: EPF office where you have the EPF account. To know postal address check this page from EPFO website. Fees: Rs 10 (Ten only) Mode of payment:
Demand draft
Banker's cheque
Indian Postal Order
You can send the application to nearest EPF office too and that office is suppose to forward the application to correct EPF office in 5 days. One should add a delay of 5 days apart from the standard 30 days of time-frame to send reply to RTI application.
Keep the counterfoil of the payment with you. This would be helpful in case of First Appeal against PIO.

Send the application by Registered AD or Speed Post. Do not use private Courier service or by Hand delivery. Keep acknowledgment proof of AD carefully. You can track your Speed Post from website of Indian Post. A printout of the status of Speed Post is accepted as a proof of delivery of RTI application.
